Office Clerk

Internet Brands is currently seeking Full-Time Office Clerk for its online legal division in Northern California. This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter who wants to expand their knowledge in the area of IT to join a fast-paced growing online media company. This position is located in the Pleasanton office and supports a team of approximately 75-100 employees located in both Pleasanton and Berkeley. There will be some travel to Berkeley (at least once a week).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of Facilities Management, including but not limited to, furniture set-up and maintaining office tidiness.
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including cubicle set-up, and maintaining Nolo’s seating chart.
  • Maintain and replenish break room necessities and office supplies.

Internet Sales Representative

Martindale-Nolo is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to sell our popular lead generation program to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. The ideal candidate should be motivated to work independently prospecting and making B2B calls. They will need to have 1+ years’ experience with cold calling and lead generation, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients. This position is based out of Pleasanton and has easy access to the 680.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts within an assigned territory consisting of a large base of prospective clients. The right person will utilize their prospecting and consultative selling skills, high-energy and initiative to identify opportunities to promote and sell our lead generation product. This is an inside sales hunter position, no post sale account management or outside sales. This is a phone-heavy role; the right person will be comfortable making 50 or more calls per day.

Quality Assurance Interns will be responsible for executing black box testing on a number of web-based projects under the guidance of senior QA team members. They will be trained in the company’s Quality Assurance process and be given opportunities to contribute to the creation of test cases and scripts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or web development experience is strongly encouraged, but is not required. Prior quality assurance experience or software development experience is a plus.
