Alaina Zermeno is a member of the firm's personal injury section in Austin and focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, automobile collisions, 18-wheelers, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries. Alaina has dedicated her legal career to fighting for others. Prior to joining the firm, Alaina was an Assistant Criminal District Attorney at the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office where she balanced a heavy case load prosecuting cases in the juvenile and criminal trial divisions. Working as a prosecutor allowed Alaina to gain valuable trial experience and fueled her desire to help people who have been wronged.
Alaina earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy and earned the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Service Award. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a 3.93 GPA, earning a Bachelor of Journalism.

Andrew Rogers is an attorney in our personal injury section. Prior to joining Zinda Law Group, Andrew practiced law in Houston for two years as a criminal defense attorney. He has tried over 120 jury trials in Houston and the surrounding areas. Before moving to Texas, Andrew lived in Georgia, where he gained considerable experience in criminal law, on both the prosecution and defense side, and civil litigation. He has worked on many types of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, and premises liability. Andrew attended UCLA School of Law, where he was awarded a full tuition scholarship from the Simon Endowment Fund covering his first two years of attendance. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Highest Honors, and was a Presidential Scholar. He also graduated as the top Honors student in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Between law school and college, Andrew worked in the entertainment industry. Burgess is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on personal injury law, including cases involving motor vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, sexual abuse/assault, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and all cases where negligence results in bodily and financial harm. Having lived in Latin America for several years, Burgess is fluent in Spanish. While living in Argentina, Burgess founded a company that manufactured luxury leather goods for export abroad. Elecia Wilson is a native Texan with a passion for helping others. Elecia earned her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in English from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. During law school, Elecia was Staff Editor of the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, served as the President of the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society, and was a member of Youth Court, which was targeted at prevent at-risk youth from entering the school-to-prison pipeline. Elecia also worked as a student attorney in both the Children's Rights Clinic and the Domestic Violence Clinic during law school, where she represented clients in court under the supervision of a licensed attorney. It was this experience that solidified Elecia's desire to better the lives of individuals through her advocacy skills. Erin Groce is a Texas family law attorney licensed to practice since 2008. Erin dedicated her legal career to the practice of family law early on, a passion which sparked during her law school days. Kelsey Feldkamp is a personal injury attorney licensed in Colorado who is passionate about helping others. Ryan Toomey graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Baylor University School of Law. While attending Baylor, Ryan was an Articles Editor on the Baylor Law Review. Ryan is a member of Baylor's Order of the Barristers and won the Patton Roberts, PLLC Award for his accomplishments during the 2010-2011 academic year. During his time at Baylor, Ryan also worked as an intern for The Ace & TJ Show, a morning radio show that is based out of his hometown, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ryan was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ryan attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for his undergraduate education. While at UNC-Charlotte, Ryan was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and was the Club Ombudsman for the UNC-Charlotte chapter of the College Republicans. Ryan also received the Chancellor's List recognition for every semester that he attended UNC-Charlotte. Ryan graduated Magna Cum Laude from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
