Our firm is skilled at going from having nothing done to getting to the point of allowed distribution in one month or less. Let us help you navigate through the complexity of probate.
Wes Winsor Law practices primarily in helping negotiate the legal concerns that deal with death or in the contemplation of death.
The firm works closely with those left behind to make sure that there is no undue delay when it comes to wrapping up the affairs of a loved one. Whether there has been no death planning preparation or whether there is a comprehensive plan in place the firm works with and helps clients navigate the issues every heir and family member is left to deal with after the death of a benefactor or loved one.
The firm loves working with and helps people get closure from the process and can give security in an otherwise confusing and tedious process. The firm's founder loves working in and with people from Utah. There is just something very special about this place and in a large part why he set up his practice here.
Wes Winsor Law makes concentrated efforts work with people in their preferred way. Whether that is online, over the phone, face-to-face. We look forward to working with you.
Wes is the founding member of the firm. He loves his work and ability to work with families in providing relief from the confusing and frustrating probate process.
Wes is the youngest of 13 children and now together with his wife Lindsay have 5 children of their own, aging from 9 to newborn.
Other than work Wes loves to learn new things, play basketball, attempt to fix things, and subscribes to many business podcasts.
