Andrew Lynch was born and raised in the Des Moines, Iowa area. He comes from a family with generations of entrepreneurs and self-employed small business owners. Since an early age, he participated in family businesses that included farming, real estate and construction. He is acutely aware of what it takes to run a small business and where the pressure points are.

Mr. Lynch attended the University of Iowa and graduated from college in only 3 years with a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology in 2000. He went directly to law school at the University of Iowa College of Law, which is one of the nation's top ranked law schools by U.S. News & World Report. He graduated with distinction, obtaining his J.D. in 2003.

He began his legal career at one of the top law firms in Arizona and the largest Snell & Wilmer, LLP. He started as a summer associate in 2002 and worked as a full time associate from 2003-2005. Starting at a large law firm enabled Mr. Lynch to acquire extensive experience representing numerous Fortune 500 companies, including some of the nation's leading auto manufacturers, technology companies, lenders and insurers. This would later prove invaluable when representing Arizona small businesses.
