At Stephens Millirons, P.C., we have been involved in all aspects of acquiring and developing commercial and residential real estate for many years. We work with developers, property owners, buyers, sellers, managers, tenants and financial institutions in all phases of commercial real estate activity. Joshua B. White began practicing law in 2003. Prior to association with our firm in 2007, he was a solo practitioner specializing in real estate related litigation and worker's compensation. Joshua received his B.A. Degree in 2000 from Birmingham-Southern College and a J.D. from the University of Alabama in 2003.

Joshua represents his clients in the federal, bankruptcy, and state courts of Alabama and Tennessee. Joshua practices in all areas of civil litigation but concentrates on issues involving the defense of security interests in real estate, remediating title to real estate and defending suits brought against mortgage lenders and servicers. Joshua also represents injured workers in claims against their employers and other clients who have been injured.

Joshua received his B.A. Degree in 2000 from Birmingham-Southern College and a J.D. from the University of Alabama in 2003.
