Since 2003 my firm has been representing clients in local municipal courts for DUI, traffic, drug and disorderly persons offenses. We have also been representing clients in Superior Courts for indictable offenses. How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Most people will interact with the New Jersey Court System through local municipal courts for motor vehicle violations or minor criminal matters or the superior court for more serious criminal matters. It is my goal to provide experienced representation to those who have to interact with these courts and minimize whatever penalties they may be facing.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

In addition to being a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey since 1972, I have been the municipal public defender in 4 local municipal courts since 2004 which allows me particular insights into the practices of the local courts. I have developed great working relationships with the local prosecutors and seek to minimize the penalties for each of my clients by personally negotiating with each prosecutor.
