GENERAL AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS & TAX LAW: Our firm represents all types of business entities (corporations, professional associations, limited liability companies, partnerships, sole proprietorships) in a variety of business transactions including, but not limited to, forming a new business, growing an existing business, and buying and selling a business. In addition, we provide a wide array of legal services to physicians, dentists, and other non-institutional health care providers, regarding the formation of professional practices, employment agreements and other employment matters, and transferring professional practices. RETIREMENT PLANS: As a prototype sponsor, we help our clients determine the right Retirement Plan for their business and maintain their existing Retirement Plans. As part of our practice, we assist clients with identifying and correcting compliance issues, including the use of IRS and DOL correction programs for Retirement Plans. ESTATE PLANNING & ADMINISTRATION: Our firm engages in an estate planning and estate administration practice. In our estate planning practice, we provide estate and gift planning, and frequently help our clients coordinate their individual estate planning with their business tax planning. We also negotiate, prepare, and review Premarital Agreements for individuals planning to marry. In our estate administration practice, we prepare and file the documents required for the probate of testate and intestate estates.
