NEW YORK CITY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWYER
Every year, thousands of people are injured or even die because of mistakes made during their medical care. Known as medical malpractice, these preventable mishaps can take place in hospitals, private surgeries, medical clinics, or when receiving treatment from any other kind of healthcare provider. Mistakes in healthcare have the potential to become life-changing, leading to loss of income, pain and suffering, ongoing medical needs, and long-term care bills. These errors can also cause significant emotional distress.
His dedication to excellence has earned him various accolades, like being named on multiple occasions one of New York's Super Lawyers.
Robert handles large complex cases involving construction defects, automobile accidents, employment injuries, product defects, as well as injuries from fires and explosions. Robert has a unique perspective as he has been hired to serve as an attorney in the past for some of the largest insurance companies and corporations such as Footlocker and American Eagle.
Although Robert concentrates his practice in New York, his reputation has had him hired as legal counsel for cases across the country including Puerto Rico, California, and Florida.
