Criminal Law - Mr. Cohen has defended numerous criminal cases ranging from simple traffic tickets all the way to first degree murder cases, including DUI's, drug possession & sales, assault & aggravated assault, theft, burglary, and probation violations. Personal Injury Law - Mr. Cohen has succesfully represented many clients in personal injury cases, including automobile accident cases, tractor trailer collision cases, slip and fall cases, dog bite cases, and worker's compensation cases.

Mr. Cohen started his higher education at Georgia Tech and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Tusculum College. Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1989. While at law school Mr. Cohen was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts, was on the Dean's List, was awarded the John W. Green Scholarship, was active in the Student Bar Association, and was a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee. Since graduation, Mr. Cohen has been a member of the Tennessee and Blount County Bar Associations and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Cohen served as Vice-President of the Blount County Bar Association in 2000 and President in 2005. Mr. Cohen is a Rule 31 listed Family Law Mediator.
