How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our firm is filled with professionals dedicated to representing people over corporations. We don't charge out of pocket fees to our clients because we are dedicated to giving the people access to justice under the law and we have faith in our ability to get the job done for our clients. We have made careers of helping people when are down and in most need of help getting their lives back on track.

Brad Baskin

Pollan, Lunsford & Baskin, PLLC

Brad was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He is a graduate of St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Brad graduated from the University of Mississippi’s Business School. During his undergraduate career, Brad was active in his fraternal organization, Sigma Nu, and its many philanthropic outreach programs. While in law school, Brad interned for Chief Judge Michael P. Mills of the Northern District of Mississippi. Brad also worked in the University of Mississippi’s Criminal Appeals Clinic where he actively represented multiple clients. Following Law school, Brad practiced insurance defense and workers’ compensation law before joining Pollan, Lunsford & Baskin, PLLC. When not at work, Brad enjoys grilling with friends, football, remodeling his home, and is an avid automotive enthusiast.

Jason Pollan

Pollan, Lunsford & Baskin, PLLC

Jason has represented injured workers continually for nearly two decades as an attorney. His work has always been directed at protecting the rights of others. In addition to protecting worker rights, he has served as a political consultant, lobbyist and policy advisor. He has worked with voter rights and election integrity projects since 2003. His work has ranged from New Jersey to Florida as he has served Presidents, Governors, and U.S. Senators. He has also served as an political news commentator. While working as the Pfizer Health Law Fellow at the Mississippi Center for Justice, he was awarded as the 2008 "Advocate of the Year" by the Mississippi Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities. Recently, Jason has served with AARP as a policy advisor regarding home-based care for seniors.

Rob Lunsford

Pollan, Lunsford & Baskin, PLLC

Rob was born in Traverse City, MI and raised in El Paso, TX. He is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. Rob enjoys fishing, reading, golf and automobile racing. During high school, Rob had a unique experience of living and working on a Danish dairy farm for a semester. He loves to cook with his family and is an avid Major League Baseball and NFL fan.
