Mr. Lim managed the Seattle Office of Civil Rights Enforcement and Investigations Unit and worked in house for a large publicly traded company prior to starting the NL Law Firm. He started the NL Law Firm because he has a passion for serving individuals who have been illegally harmed. NL Law Firm represents employees who file claims with the Washington State Human Rights Commission, the Seattle Office of Civil Rights, EEOC, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and in all Washington Courts. Mr. Lim strategically partners with other law firms to take on civil rights cases involving police brutality, violations of state and federal public record acts, and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Mr. Lim treats each case that comes into the office as his own and will not stop till his clients get the resolution they deserve.
