I have been practicing criminal defense in Central Pennsylvania almost exclusively for 30 years, having tried over 120 cases to verdict in State and Federal Court. I have taught trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at PSU Law School, and have handled all aspects of criminal practice, from initial investigations, case evaluations, summary hearings, preliminary hearings, pre-trial motions, trials, and appeals. I have extensive experience handling all grades of criminal offenses, from Summary Offenses to First Degree Felonies. I utilize the top experts and investigators in the field when necessary. My practice is limited to criminal defense, and I believe in a personalized and direct approach to managing clients and their families. I maintain a very small caseload that allows for maximum attention to your matter. I charge non-refundable flat fees for all matters and my fees are disclosed in a written fee agreement that is communicated clearly in advance of my undertaking representation. Fees are established on a case-by-case basis and are based on the nature and complexity issues involved and the time constraints presented.
