Debra Reynolds graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now named Texas A&M University School of Law) in 2003, earning her Juris Doctor. She began practicing law for a large medical malpractice defense firm in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to her law degree, Debra has been an advocate for helping make individual lives whole for over 25 years. In 1995, she earned her degree and became licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas. Her experience as a Registered Nurse has provided her with first-hand knowledge and insight into the daily operations of a hospital environment and the interactions of the healthcare team. Her compassion for the well-being of people has served her well in her practice as a nurse and has followed her in her career as an attorney.

For the past 8 years, Debra has focused her practice on representing nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations in Texas and throughout the United States in maintaining their statutory and regulatory compliance in order for them to focus on their organization's particular interests, which included assisting others.
