I have served as outside general counsel, transactional and litigation counsel in a variety of business types and structures. Prior to becoming and attorney, I was a small business owner, so I understand the needs and issues which may arise from time to time.

Serving the needs of clients related to the real estate areas of construction, homeowners associations, neighbor to neighbor disputes, tree and fence issues, among other related areas.
I have served as individual counsel, outside general counsel, transactional counsel and litigation counsel in a variety of areas under the real estate umbrella. My clients have included, homeowners, general contractors, sub contractors, businesses (S-Corps, C-Corps and Non Profits), HOA's, and bonding companies.

Please note - I do not handle real estate transactions, residential landlord tenant, mortgage, refinance or foreclosure related issues.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I was a business person prior to becoming a lawyer and I have been a mediator for several years. Those skills and experience transfer over to my law practice, allowing me to evaluate client issues from a broad perspective.

I am unable to provide Pro Bono Services at this time; I do participate in my community through volunteer work.
