A Tradition of Providing Legal Advice & Representation Since 1973--IF YOU CALL, WE WILL ANSWER, BOTH NOW AND AFTER YOU'VE HIRED US.
WINNING. IT'S OUR TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE. At the cornerstone of our practice is a commitment to helping the injured. It's what we are passionate about and love to do. In 1973, Greenville personal injury lawyer Robert D. Rouse, III, was sworn in to the practice of law, following in his father's footsteps. Early in his practice, "Robin" realized his passion for helping people following a devastating accident or injury. He has concentrated his practice on helping injury victims seek justice and helping people navigate their claims against insurance companies. He has made a big difference in the lives of many families who are desperately in need of help after a devastating accident or injury. We pride ourselves on running a small, family-oriented firm that produces big firm results. We take the time to get to know our clients: their names, their families, their needs, their struggles. We take the time to really understand what it is our clients need from us. We handle matters on a case-by-case basis so that we can deliver what our clients need and exceed their expectations. We do not have case managers or a large staff. When you hire our firm to handle your case, you work directly with your Greenville personal injury attorney. Do we win every case? Of course not. Any attorney that will tell you he's won every case hasn't had many. What we will guarantee is that we will do our best for you and do everything we can to maximize your recovery. We work with you and for you keeping you informed every step of the way. We will educate you about the legal process so that you can make informed decisions and do what is best for you and for your family all while we guide you through the complexities of the legal process one step at a time. When you have been seriously injured or when you lose a loved one because of someone else's negligence you need more than just any lawyer. You need an experienced lawyer whose practice is focused on fighting for the rights of the injured. I am that lawyer. I am your lawyer. I am Robert Rouse, and I am here to help you.
