The Kelly Law Offices provides experienced representation to victims of personal injury.
We have successfully represented clients who have suffered injuries as a result of: -Automobile, bus, truck, railroad, motorcycle, bicycle, aircraft or pedestrian accidents -Construction Accidents -Premises liability and slip and fall accidents -Dog bite/animal accidents -Nursing home accidents Many of these accidents result in very serious injuries. After trying numerous cases and working with renowned medical experts, our attorneys have developed a thorough understanding of the complexities of medical conditions involved in cases of spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, fractures, back injuries, burns and organ injuries. The loss of a loved one is a traumatic event. We are devoted to assisting the families of those we represent by helping them reestablish their lives. If a negligent act causes the death of your spouse or next of kin, and the victim would have been able to sue under a personal injury action had he or she survived, you may have a wrongful death action under the Illinois Wrongful Death Act. This statute allows you to recover for the pecuniary damages resulting from the death, as well as the loss of companionship and mental anguish and suffering you suffered from your loved one's death.
