Sean T. Keith is a native of Rogers, Arkansas and a second generation attorney. Sean completed his undergraduate degree at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Sean began his career as a prosecuting attorney in Logan County, Arkansas, where he had jury trials on several different types of criminal cases, including murder. In 1995, he returned home, where he started his own firm, Keith and Miller, P.A., with Drew Miller in March of 1995. Since that time, he has handled civil cases exclusively. As the firm has grown, Sean's focuses on cases involving catastrophic car and eighteen wheeler collisions, prescription drug and medical device injuries product liability including roof crush, seat belt failure and wrongful death. Over the last few years he has been involved nationally in the transvaginal mesh and bladder sling cases taking depositions on behalf of women throughout the country. Additionally, he represented many clients on the Stryker hip failure cases which resulted in a nationwide settlement of over one billion dollars.

Sean is an active member in the legal profession and his community. He is a past President of the Benton County Bar Association. Additionally, he served for ten years as one of twenty-one attorneys in the State on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors. In 2010 he was appointed by Bar President Jim Julian to become Chairman of the Board of Governors. He has also served both the Bar Association and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Legislative Committee which reviews all legislation submitted in Arkansas. Sean was the 2013 C.E. Ransick Award of Excellence winner by the Arkansas Bar Association for his contributions to the practice of law. He has been named to the Mid-South Super Lawyer list for six consecutive years and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as the Top 100 Trial Lawyer. He was appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to the Model Civil Jury Instructions in 2014. Seth completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, where he was a Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete and Crossroads League All-Conference performer for the Wildcats baseball team. After hanging up his cleats, he decided the best avenue for his passion for competition was to become a trial lawyer.

While a student at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Seth prosecuted cases as a Rule XV Student Practitioner for the Benton County Prosecutor's Office and served as Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy. He also clerked for the Civil Department of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office and for Benton County Circuit Court Judge Brad Karren.
