He received his bachelor's from Ottawa University , attended Kansas University Law School and received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1977. John has handled many types of legal cases including bankruptcy and trial work for over 35 years. Since the late 80's he has limited his practice almost exclusively to debtor's bankruptcy cases. John handles both consumer and business cases and has filed thousands of cases. He assists many people with tax issues and mortgage loans in default. He has testified as an expert witness in both bankruptcy court and the Kansas legislature and has co-written published articles on mortgage foreclosure.
