How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We have limited our practice to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and Accidental Disability Retirement for over 20 years so we can provide expertise in just these three specialties.

We have a combined over 120 years of practice between all 4 of our attorneys.

Noah Winkeler

Landman Akashian, LLP-NH

Noah A. Winkeller graduated from Boston College in 2002 with a B.A. in history and Northeastern University School of Law in 2006 with a J.D. and an M.B.A. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2011 and is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Winkeller has worked as an associate for a small law firm in Boston and as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual. He joined Landman Akashian, LLP in 2014 as an associate.

Attorney Winkeller concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, civil litigation, insurance defense and representing small businesses. He has published two articles and tried cases in front of juries and administrative judges
