Bob Horger is an Orangeburg native who has been practicing with Horger, Barnwell & McCurry, LLP for over 40 years. After graduating from Wofford College, 1972, B. A., cum laude, and the University of South Carolina, J.D., cum laude, 1975, Bob joined his father's firm who himself practiced law in Orangeburg for over 45 years. During his career Bob has had experience in many different fields of practice including litigation, real estate, probate, corporate, commercial law & healthcare law. He has served as the County Attorney for the County of Orangeburg and at the present time serves as general counsel for The Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties. He has served in the capacity of outside general counsel for a number of business and has provided counsel to a number of individuals and business entities in the purchase and sale of business and commercial real estate. He also frequently handles probate matters with both large and small estates. Currently his areas of focus are in health care, commercial real estate, probate law, and commercial and corporate law. Bob has also been active in his community having served on a number of charitable boards. He currently serves on the Governor's School for Arts and Humanities having been appointed by Governor Nikki Haley. In addition, Bob has served as Chairman of South State Corporation from 1998 until June, 2020, a bank with offices in South Carolina, North Carolina Georgia and Virginia.

Bob McCurry has been practicing with the Law Firm of Horger, Barnwell & McCurry, LLP for over thirty years. He was born and reared in Orangeburg County. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, 1982, cum laude and a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, 1985, J.D.
Bob's civil practice of law has resulted in varied experiences in real estate, probate and estate planning, corporate law, commercial law and the field of eminent domain, He is also a South Carolina Bar Certified Mediator.
Bob has served as general counsel for a variety of businesses, entities and municipalities as well as providing counsel to clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate and farming interests. His practice also includes large estate and probate litigation.

Catherine is a native of and grew up in Cameron, South Carolina, a service area of the firm. She has practiced with the Law Firm of Horger, Barnwell & McCurry, LLP for over five years. She graduated from Newberry College summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She graduated from the Charleston School of Law. While at the Charleston School of Law, Catherine studied at the Academy in International Commercial Arbitration in Linz, Austria.
During her career, Catherine has had experience in many different fields of practice including real estate and probate. Currently her primary practice focus is residential real estate closings. She also drafts simple Wills, Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Power of Attorney.
Catherine has been active in her community and church. She has served as an officers of the Orangeburg County Bar Association. She is member of the Junior Service League of Orangeburg where she has served as Treasurer. She has served on the South Carolina ELCA Synold Council and the executive council and has served as Constitutional Committee member for this organization. She also assists with the children's music program at her church. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
