Robert Hoglund, a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, founded the law firm of Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC in October 1990. Robert started practicing exclusively in the area of Bankruptcy Law until he expanded the law firm's practice to include Social Security Disability Law in 1994. In 2009 Robert expanded the Social Security Disability practice to include Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2010 the law firm expanded its practice in Social Security Disability Law to Ohio.
When Robert is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family. Together, they hunt, fish, and tend to participate in a variety of outdoor fun.
Jennifer is a partner in the firm and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1997 and has been practicing Social Security Disability Law ever since that time. She strives to find solutions to the ongoing difficulties with the Social Security process by working with clients and with the Administration.

Keith is a general partner in the law firm whose primary responsibilities include a full time practice personally representing consumer bankruptcy claimants. He joined the law firm in 1992. With his partners, he started the law firm's Social Security Disability practice and represented claimants from initial consultation through administrative court hearings. He has represented claimants in matters concerning personal bodily injury and family law. He is involved in the planning and management for the law firm's business practices which now consists of representing claimants in consumer bankruptcy law and social security disability law.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter on the weekends.
Andrew Kinney, Esq., graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and Marquette Law School in 1992. He was on Law Review from 1990-92. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and New York. He began practicing Social Security Disability Benefits Law in 1992. He is a former trustee and currently a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and has spoken on Social Security Disability Law at local and national legal conferences. His recent subjects have included "Essentials of Social Security Practice" and "Rethinking Cross-examination of Expert Witnesses." He currently is Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Social Security Disability Law section.
Jileen (Jill) is an attorney for Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC. Jill's practice focus is Social Security Disability Law. Jill meets with potential clients, advises them on how to make a successful case for Social Security Disability and represents them at their hearings.
Jill graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, which is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Jill is currently a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Federal District of Minnesota Court.
Jill spends her time reading up on the Bench and Bar and American Bar Association Journal magazines to stay current on the law. Jill also likes to spend her free time with her family and at her parents' dairy farm.
Robert has been with the firm since November 2008 and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. He handles consultations and hearings for clients in Minnesota. In his spare time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, weekend trips to the lake, and sports of all types.
Matt is a Social Security Disability Attorney in our Milwaukee branch. He received his BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI with a double major in Political Science and History earning Magna Cum Laude honors. Matt played both collegiate Soccer and Tennis earning All-Conference 6 times (4 in Tennis, 2 in Soccer) as well as being a 4 time Academic All-American. After Aquinas Matt went to Marquette University for law school. While at Marquette, Matt earned the CALI Award of Excellent for best grade in class in both Professional Sports Law and Using Statutes Skillfully. Matt was also a member for the Marquette Sports Law Review, participated on the Moot Court team for the National Baseball Arbitration Competition, and had an article published: MLS's Franchise Relocation Dilemma16 Sports Law Journal 159 (2009).
Tracy is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik. She practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law. With the help of paralegals and other support staff, Tracy represents clients at any point in the process, from initial applications to hearings in front of Administrative Law Judges. Tracy feels that the best part of her job is the satisfaction she receives when helping clients and truly making a difference in their lives.
Tracy completed her undergraduate and law school studies both at Hamline University. Prior to becoming an attorney at the firm, she was a paralegal at Hoglund, Chwialkowski and Mrozik for more than ten years.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, sports and especially watching her husband race stock cars.
Beau became an associate attorney with the firm in 2009. His practice focus is in Social Security Disability Law where he advises and represents clients throughout the many stages of the Social Security process. Beau is licensed in the state of Ohio as well as Federal District Court, Southern District of Ohio. He mainly works out of the firm
Deborah is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski, and Mrozik practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. Deborah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and her law degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Outside of the office, Deborah enjoys to travel, watch movies, and walk her dog, Marty.
Luke earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal. He has also performed Human Rights work and scholarship at the United Nations in Geneva, and the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. Prior to law school, Luke earned his Bachelor
Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from Capital University Law School. While at Capital, Scott received the CALI award for earning the highest grade in his Constitutional Litigation class. Prior to law school, Scott earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University. He works out of the Columbus, Ohio office, and focuses his practice on Social Security Disability law.
Josh became interested in Social Security law through his own person experience and joined Hoglund Law after law school.
When Joshua is not in the office, he enjoys spending time hunting and fishing, or going out on the boat with friends.
Madelyn joined the firm in 2012. Previously, she clerked for a small corporate & civil litigation firm on Cleveland's west side, and while in law school she was a certified legal intern for the Hancock County Public Defender's Office in Findlay, Ohio. She now focuses her practice solely on Social Security Disability law, and she works out of the Cleveland office.
When not in the office, Madelyn enjoys crocheting, reading long books, and going to local music shows.
Brian earned his J.D. from The University of Toledo Law School. Prior, he earned his B.S. from The University of Toledo. He works out of the Cleveland, Ohio office, and focuses on Social Security Disability Law.
Charles (a.k.a. Al) studied environmental sciences in college and worked in land conservation in Wisconsin before switching gears to pursue a career in law. As a second-year law student he began clerking for Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik and joined the firm as an attorney in April of 2014.
Charles' hobbies include fishing, hunting and keeping up on local sports in the St. Paul area.
Kevin joined Hoglund, Chwialkowski and Mrozik in December 2014, as an associate attorney. Kevin practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability where he advises and represents clients throughout the many stages of the Social Security process. Kevin received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduating with magna cum laude honors. Afterwards, he received his juris doctorate from Michigan State University School of Law. While at Michigan State, Kevin was a Senior Associate Editor of the Michigan State University International Law Review. Kevin is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
In Kevin's spare time, he enjoys going to the movies, playing the guitar, and watching basketball.
Adam is an associate in the firm and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2014 and began practicing Social Security Disability Law in 2015. He works to establish a rapport with clients and resolve problems.
