What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We believe in explaining all of the legal issues involved in your case in a way that you can understand. If there are certain weaknesses or challenges in your case, we will be upfront and honest about them. Too many attorneys sugarcoat difficult issues rather than facing them head on. We welcome any and all questions because we want our clients to understand exactly what is going on and why.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Absolutely. We appreciate the information and work our clients do and are happy to give our honest feedback on any documents.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Our approach is to help guide you through the complexities of the legal and insurance process. We start with an investigation of the facts, a deep analysis of all of the legal issues involved, and come up with a valuation of claim. We have had tremendous success getting cases resolved for fair value in an efficient manner--without having to put our clients through the stress and expense of a long trial.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

We strongly support pro bono and community service. Attorney Sam Saks is the founder of Legal Aid of Arizona and is dedicated to helping clients find solutions to legal problems. Our attorneys are active in the local community through service at non-profits.
