Brad A. Galbraith

Galbraith, PLLC

Brad A. Galbraith is the Managing Partner at Galbraith, PLLC's Naples and Indianapolis offices. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, and his J.D. (summa cum laude) from Indiana University School of Law.

Brad began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant, and maintains an Indiana CPA license. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Florida, and is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar Association.

Brad currently serves as a Director and Treasurer for Hope for Haiti, serves as Trustee for The Community Foundation of Collier County and is the former Director and Vice Chair of Champions of Learning.

John A. Garner

Galbraith, PLLC

John A. Garner is as a partner based out of the firm's Naples office. Mr. Garner has been practicing law in Naples since 1990, and for the 16 years prior to joining Galbraith, PLLC, he was as a principal of the Naples law firm of Sullivan & Garner.

Mr. Garner assists clients in all areas of estate planning, but specializes in planning to maximize the transfer of family wealth through the use of life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, family limited partnerships, and generation skipping transfer trusts. With a large population of retired individuals in the Southwest Florida area, Mr. Garner also sees to the special needs of such individuals, particularly when a second marriage is involved, to provide planning to provide that that each spouse's assets pass to his or her heirs through various estate planning tools. Mr. Garner also provides legal services for probate and trust administration in all counties throughout Florida.

Mr. Garner has been practicing law since 1984 and in the Naples area since 1990. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Mr. Garner is also admitted to practice in the states of Indiana and Georgia, and is authorized to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Garner has earned bachelor's degrees in history and accounting from Bellarmine University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. He is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples.

Mr. Garner has served as the president of Southwest Heritage, Inc. and is currently a member of its Board of Directors. He is also active in the Knights of Columbus and Ducks Unlimited, having served various positions in the local chapters of those organizations, and has supported youth sports locally as a parent, coach, and league officer. Mr. Garner is the past national president of Alpha Delta Gamma National Fraternity, his undergraduate fraternity.

Joanna S. Feltz

Joanna S. Feltz concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She guides clients through the process of developing an estate plan and shares the firm's commitment to providing comprehensive, personalized estate planning advice that satisfies clients' goals and objectives.

Joanna has worked extensively in the field of estate planning and administration since 1996. Previously, Joanna was an attorney for an estate planning firm where she counseled clients on their estate planning and postmortem administration needs. Additionally, Joanna speaks frequently to investment professionals, accountants, corporations, charities, and various other public and private organizations on the subject of trusts and estates.

Marc Hetzner

Marc A. Hetzner is a Partner at Galbraith, PLLC's Indianapolis and Naples offices. Mr. Hetzner is admitted to practice in both Indiana (1983) and Florida (2008), and enjoys representing clients in both states. Marc is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court (1983). Mr. Hetzner began practicing law in 1983, previously with the Krieg DeVault Alexander & Capehart, an Indianapolis-based law firm.

Mr. Hetzner emphasizes his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration for wealthy clients, many of whom owned substantial closely-held business interests. As partner, Marc will offer a high level experience and knowledge in all areas of estate panning including income and estate tax matters as well as succession, gift, tax and charitable planning strategies.

Lisa M. Glenn is a Partner at Galbraith, PLLC's Indianapolis and Naples offices. Lisa began her professional career as a Certified Public Accountant, and she gained valuable experience working in the tax department of a large and well-respected Indiana accounting firm. After switching to the practice of law, Lisa represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, Indiana Department of Revenue and local Indiana taxing authorities, in addition to representing clients in the areas of estate and business planning, and trust and estate administration. Lisa now focuses her entire practice on representing clients in both Indiana and Florida on estate and business succession planning, and trust and estate administration matters.
