Emil Davtyan earned his Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern Law School. He was honored with prestigious academic-based scholarships. He graduated from law school cum laude and in the top 10% of his class. During his last year of law school, he served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for Honorable Stephen J. Hillman and as a law clerk in a year-long clerkship program at a global business immigration law firm.
Emil earned his Bachelor's of Science degree at Woodbury University, where he served as an honorable member of national and international honor societies. He graduated from Woodbury University summa cum laude. He was the first student in the university's 130-year history to earn a perfect GPA.
Emil began his legal career at a Santa Monica law firm more than a decade ago. Over the years, he wore many hats including office assistant, litigation paralegal, law clerk and eventually as an attorney. Emil has vast experience handling a broad range of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, among others.
Now part of Davtyan Law Firm, Emil places exclusive focus on employment law. He brings energy, passion and skill to employment law in the greater Los Angeles area as well as throughout California for employees from all walks of life. In order to provide excellent client service and wise legal counsel, Emil limits his caseload so each client receives personal attention.
