Over the past twenty five years David A. Powell has represented his clients in many of the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, including the Federal Courts within the District. David A. Powell has also represented his clients in the courts of Florida, South Carolina and Arkansas with permission granted by those courts. The majority of his clients are in the surrounding northeast Georgia counties although he represents clients in the metropolitan counties surrounding Atlanta, including DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Forsyth.
