Personal Injury

Personal Injury

Our office represents plaintiffs who have been injured as a result of the negligence of someone else. This includes injuries from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall occurrences, trip and fall occurrences, injuries from dog bites and injuries from defective products. Our representation is on the contingent fee basis, which means that we earn no fee unless a recovery for our client is obtained by settlement or favorable judgement. Our office will advance the costs and expenses of proceeding with personal injury claims, obtaining reimbursement from the recovery upon the successful conclusion of the case. These costs and expenses usually cover investigation of the occurrence, obtaining medical records and reports, filing fees and sheriff's service, deposition transcripts and obtaining and retaining experts when necessary. An experienced attorney will handle the claim from sign-up through the trial, assisted by a paralegal and clerical staff when necessary.
