Kristin is Board Certified in North Carolina Workers' Compensation Law and a founding member of Cardinal Law Partners.
Kristin'ss home town is Belmont, North Carolina. She is an active member of her church and raises her son, Smith, with her husband John.
Kristin graduated Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2007. She completed her undergraduate work in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
In addition to representing injured workers in North Carolina, Kristin represents workers injured at work in the State of South Carolina as well.
Justin is Board Certified in North Carolina Workers' Compensation Law and a founding member of Cardinal Law Partners.
Justin graduated Wake Forest University School of Law in 2003. He returned to Wake Forest for his Master's in Business Administration in 2013. Justin completed his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Elmira College in upstate New York.
Justin currently lives in Summerfield, North Carolina with his wife Crystal and their three girls - Cora, Sylvie, and Margaret.

John has deep ties to North Carolina. He was born in Charlotte, raised in Greensboro, and currently makes Raleigh his home. He is married to Melissa and together they have three boys - Coy, Carter, and Avett.

Megan is Board Certified in North Carolina Workers' Compensation Law and a founding member of Cardinal Law Partners.
Megan was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has always been connected to the Piedmont Triad community by staying involved in several organizational boards including the boards for National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), Yough Focus, and the Guilford Center.
Megan graduated Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2004. she completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University where she majored in Sociology. In addition to representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission, Megan has extensive experience representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents.
