Stuckert and Yates has been serving Newtown, Pennsylvania and Bucks County community since 1902, when the law firm was founded by William R. Stuckert. In 1956, Sidney T. Yates, commenced his practice with William R. Stuckert. Since then, Stuckert and Yates has expanded its very active practice to its present complement of lawyers.

Stuckert and Yates is located in the heart of the business district of Newtown Borough. In 1998, the firm completed a move to its newly-renovated building at Two North State Street. From this location, Stuckert and Yates continues to be an active and vital member of the area's legal and commercial community.

Don F. Marshall is a partner with Stuckert and Yates, having worked there since 1973. He is a 1968 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 1973 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Sailer first started his practice of law with Stuckert and Yates in 1981. Prior to joining Stuckert and Yates, Mr. Sailer served for one year as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William Hart Rufe, III, Judge of the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Sailer is a 1977 graduate of Lafayette College and graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1980. He enjoys active membership in the Bucks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Jessica L. VanderKam is a partner with Stuckert & Yates, and has been with us since 2010. She received her law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2008, and her B.A. at Michigan State University in 2005.

Jessica has served as the Law Clerk to three Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judges: the Honorable David W. Heckler, the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr., and the Honorable Robert O. Baldi. Jessica has served as the Law Clerk to three Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judges: the Honorable David W. Heckler, the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr., and the Honorable Robert O. Baldi.
