Matt graduated cum laude from the Arizona State University School of Law. Before founding his law firm, Matt was a felony prosecutor for over 10 years . During his career he has handled and tried every type of criminal case. He has successfully handled numerous simple case where a person faces a minimal fine. He has also been in trial with some of the most complex and challenging cases. He has examined and cross examined virtually every criminal law expert and has been in trial where the results determine whether someone lives or dies. Regardless of the nature of the case, Matt approaches every client's matter with the same care and attention. He does this because understands that each case is the most important case to his client.

Matt has a particular background and skill set in understanding and defending sexual offenses. His unique experience allows him to vigorously and effectively defend the accused while not needlessly traumatizing the accuser. He also spent numerous years focusing on weapons and violent offenses, theft and white collar offenses, and DUI and vehicular cases.

Matt also worked at a national insurance defense firm where he litigated cases involving accidents, injuries, and victim loss.

Matt is able to combine his experience in criminal law with his experience in personal injury cases to help victims of crimes recover from people that caused their loss. Often governments, organizations, and institutions contributed to the loss or failed to protect the victim. We represent victims to help recover in these instances.
