Our Columbus DUI & criminal defense attorneys understand what is at stake and aggressively fight for your rights. DUI Defense. Criminal & Traffic Charges. We work to save your license, avoid jail and minimize the impact on your employment.
Our practice is devoted to defending clients facing Ohio DUI charges.

When faced with a DUI (called "OVI" - operating under the influence - in Ohio), contacting an experienced Ohio attorney is essential. An experienced Ohio OVI attorney familiar with Ohio's OVI laws can help you to identify available defenses to your charges that could lead to a reduction or even dismissal of your OVI charges.

When so much is at stake, it is not worth taking your chances in court without legal counsel. The potential consequences of having a DUI (or multiple DUIs) on your record are too serious, including the stigma of having a criminal conviction, jail time, fines, driver's license suspension, electronic home monitoring, vehicle immobilization, mandatory alcohol treatment programs, increased insurance rates, and loss of your job and future employment opportunities.

With our experience in Ohio OVI law, we examine all aspects of our client's Ohio OVI case to identify any possible defenses to the charge. For example, we examine whether the arresting officer properly issued all required warnings, properly administered all of the roadside field sobriety tests, and performed the search, tests and arrest lawfully.

Call 614-361-2804 or email doug@riddelllaw.com now to speak directly with Mr. Riddell about your case.
