Firm Overview

We primarily practice in the area of Social Security disability law. We also represent disabled Veterans on their claims against the VA and handle Medicaid cases (e.g., nursing home or assisted living payments).

Example cases

Mr. Clark recently won benefits for an individual after proving he had been disabled for at least five years. His past due benefits were over $100,000 (before any offset for Workers Compensation benefits). We also fight hard to win cases for disabled people even if the attorney fee is small. We work hard on the the big cases and the little ones.
