Robert Hoglund, a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, founded the law firm of Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC in October 1990. Robert started practicing exclusively in the area of Bankruptcy Law until he expanded the law firm's practice to include Social Security Disability Law in 1994. In 2009 Robert expanded the Social Security Disability practice to include Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2010 the law firm expanded its practice in Social Security Disability Law to Ohio.
When Robert is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family. Together, they hunt, fish, and tend to participate in a variety of outdoor fun.
Jennifer is a partner in the firm and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1997 and has been practicing Social Security Disability Law ever since that time. She strives to find solutions to the ongoing difficulties with the Social Security process by working with clients and with the Administration.

Keith is a general partner in the law firm whose primary responsibilities include a full time practice personally representing consumer bankruptcy claimants. He joined the law firm in 1992. With his partners, he started the law firm's Social Security Disability practice and represented claimants from initial consultation through administrative court hearings. He has represented claimants in matters concerning personal bodily injury and family law. He is involved in the planning and management for the law firm's business practices which now consists of representing claimants in consumer bankruptcy law and social security disability law.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter on the weekends.
Andrew Kinney, Esq., graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and Marquette Law School in 1992. He was on Law Review from 1990-92. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and New York. He began practicing Social Security Disability Benefits Law in 1992. He is a former trustee and currently a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and has spoken on Social Security Disability Law at local and national legal conferences. His recent subjects have included "Essentials of Social Security Practice" and "Rethinking Cross-examination of Expert Witnesses." He currently is Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Social Security Disability Law section.
Laura is an accociate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC, practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. Laura recieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law. She is currently a member of the Minnesota Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Laura enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and running.
Jileen (Jill) is an attorney for Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC. Jill's practice focus is Social Security Disability Law. Jill meets with potential clients, advises them on how to make a successful case for Social Security Disability and represents them at their hearings.
Jill graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, which is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Jill is currently a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Federal District of Minnesota Court.
Jill spends her time reading up on the Bench and Bar and American Bar Association Journal magazines to stay current on the law. Jill also likes to spend her free time with her family and at her parents' dairy farm.
Michael Riley is an associate attorney with Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC. Michael's main focus area of practice is Social Security Disability Law. Michael meets with potential clients, advises the potential and current clients on how to make a stronger case, and represents clients at their hearings. Michael has also represented clients at the Federal District Court, in regards to Social Security Disability.
Michael is a graduate of Hamline Law School. Michael received his undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University
Robert has been with the firm since November 2008 and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. He handles consultations and hearings for clients in Minnesota. In his spare time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, weekend trips to the lake, and sports of all types.
Matt is a Social Security Disability Attorney in our Milwaukee branch. He received his BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI with a double major in Political Science and History earning Magna Cum Laude honors. Matt played both collegiate Soccer and Tennis earning All-Conference 6 times (4 in Tennis, 2 in Soccer) as well as being a 4 time Academic All-American. After Aquinas Matt went to Marquette University for law school. While at Marquette, Matt earned the CALI Award of Excellent for best grade in class in both Professional Sports Law and Using Statutes Skillfully. Matt was also a member for the Marquette Sports Law Review, participated on the Moot Court team for the National Baseball Arbitration Competition, and had an article published: MLS's Franchise Relocation Dilemma16 Sports Law Journal 159 (2009).
Kari is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski, & Mrozik where she practices in the social security disability law. Kari takes pride in assisting her clients throughout the social security disability process. Her main goal is to relieve some of her client's anxiety about their claim so they can focus their energy on their health and other matters. Additionally, Kari volunteers her time with the Children's Law Center where she represents children in foster care.
When Kari isn't serving her clients' needs, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and animals.
Tracy is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik. She practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law. With the help of paralegals and other support staff, Tracy represents clients at any point in the process, from initial applications to hearings in front of Administrative Law Judges. Tracy feels that the best part of her job is the satisfaction she receives when helping clients and truly making a difference in their lives.
Tracy completed her undergraduate and law school studies both at Hamline University. Prior to becoming an attorney at the firm, she was a paralegal at Hoglund, Chwialkowski and Mrozik for more than ten years.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, sports and especially watching her husband race stock cars.
Joe practices with the firm's Social Security Disability team. Other than attending law school in Illinois Joe is a life-long resident of Wisconsin. Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Joe attended the Northern Illinois University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 2009. Joe was an assistant editor of the Northern Illinois Law Review, a research assistant for one of his professors, and studied abroad in Southern France between his first and second years of law school. LeAnn joined Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC in April 2012 as an associate attorney. LeAnn practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law.
LeAnn graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2011. She attended the University of Minnesota, Morris, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a History minor. LeAnn is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Deborah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and her law degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Luke earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal. He has also performed Human Rights work and scholarship at the United Nations in Geneva, and the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. Prior to law school, Luke earned his Bachelor
Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from Capital University Law School. While at Capital, Scott received the CALI award for earning the highest grade in his Constitutional Litigation class. Prior to law school, Scott earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University. He works out of the Columbus, Ohio office, and focuses his practice on Social Security Disability law.
