Workers Compensation
Our Ohio workers' compensation lawyers have more than 50 years of combined experience. If you are injured on the job, let our experienced workers' compensation attorneys fight for you!
If you have been injured while working on the job, no matter whose fault it was, you deserve compensation. Your employer is required by law to carry workers' compensation insurance, and should give you all that you need to file a claim. However, it's often not that simple.

People often need help with the many forms and procedures involved in a workers' compensation claim. Others see their claims denied by companies that are more concerned with profits than with helping their injured employees get back to work.

We charge nothing for initial consultations and, in fact, do all work on contingency, meaning that if there is no recovery, we charge you no fees . We can help people suffering from all kinds of workplace injuries, including:

On-the-job injury due to workplace hazards
Neck and back injuries
Occupational diseases
Repetitive stress injury
"Third party" claims, involving defective machinery, product liability, etc.
Auto accidents occurring during job-related activity
