Connie J. Flores is a partner at Flores, Tawney, Acosta P.C, who focuses on cases involving personal injury to include on the job injuries, premises liability, Dram Shop cases, product liability, nursing home and civil rights litigation. Mrs. Flores also focuses on employment law including sex, age, gender, disability and religion discrimination cases as well as wrongful termination based on retaliation for filing a Worker'™s Compensation claim.
Mrs. Flores is lifelong resident of El Paso who graduated from Irvin High School in 1990. She attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2003 with honors from the National Honor Society. Mrs. Flores went on to attend the University of New Mexico School of Law and graduated in 2008 where she was a recipient of the Dean's Award. She was admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico in September 2008 and in the State of Texas in May 2009. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Flores was a legal assistant for a local personal injury law firm for over eight years at which time she assisted in preparing cases for litigation as well as assist during numerous civil trials. Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Flores returned to become an Associate Attorney at the same law firm until she became a partner at Flores, Tawney & Acosta, PC. Mrs. Flores is also a member of the El Paso Executive Women's Lions Club which currently supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the mentoring of young women at the El Paso Job Corps. The Executive Women'™s Lions Club also helped establish a program at the local half way house which assists female probationers get back into the job market by outfitting them with gently used professional clothing. Mrs. Flores'™ passion is to mentor teenage parents, as she became a mom at the age of 15, and feels it'™s important for young parents to understand that through education, anything is possible. Mrs. Flores is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother of four granddaughters.

Daisy Chaparro was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Mrs. Flores also focuses on employment law including sex, age, gender, disability and religion discrimination cases as well as wrongful termination based on retaliation for filing a Worker'™s Compensation claim.
Mrs. Flores is lifelong resident of El Paso who graduated from Irvin High School in 1990. She attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2003 with honors from the National Honor Society. Mrs. Flores went on to attend the University of New Mexico School of Law and graduated in 2008 where she was a recipient of the Dean's Award. She was admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico in September 2008 and in the State of Texas in May 2009. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Flores was a legal assistant for a local personal injury law firm for over eight years at which time she assisted in preparing cases for litigation as well as assist during numerous civil trials. Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Flores returned to become an Associate Attorney at the same law firm until she became a partner at Flores, Tawney & Acosta, PC. Mrs. Flores is a graduate of the Leadership State Bar of Texas Class of 2015 and previously sat on the Court Rules Committee for the State Bar of Texas. She is also an active member in several other associations to include the State Bar of Texas, El Paso Bar Association, El Paso Young Lawyers Association, Mexican American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of New Mexico. Mrs. Flores currently sits on the Board of the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association and the El Paso Trial Lawyers Association. Mrs. Flores recently was the recipient of the El Paso Young Lawyer'™s Association Outstanding Lawyer for 2017.
Mrs. Flores is also a member of the El Paso Executive Women's Lions Club which currently supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the mentoring of young women at the El Paso Job Corps. The Executive Women'™s Lions Club also helped establish a program at the local half way house which assists female probationers get back into the job market by outfitting them with gently used professional clothing. Mrs. Flores'™ passion is to mentor teenage parents, as she became a mom at the age of 15, and feels it'™s important for young parents to understand that through education, anything is possible. Mrs. Flores is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother of four granddaughters.

Daisy Chaparro was born and raised in El Paso, Texas.
