A major goal of my practice is to work with the client to efficiently address legal issues.
A major goal of my practice is to work with the client to efficiently address legal issues.
Some clients are best served by a two page contract and others require a comprehensive, exhaustive agreement. Some clients require a "bet the business" litigation approach and others are better served with a conservative, carefully focused and limited litigation strategy. Only by working closely with the client and identifying the client's needs can the lawyer and the client decide how to best address a legal issue or dispute.
My background in business transactions and litigation gives me broad experience with which to advise clients. Business clients benefit from working with an attorney that regularly addresses business agreements in court. Litigation clients benefit from working with an attorney that understands business operations and transactions.
