We are pleased to offer completely free Wills to seniors as part of our "Free Will Friday" program in partnership with senior centers around the Las Vegas Valley. Our Free Will Friday lets any person over 65 get a free consultation and Will with an actual attorney. Normally this service would cost 300 dollars, but we offer it for free on a regular basis.
Our firm was also the first in Nevada to innovate the "no money down bankruptcy plan" where people who can't even afford to file bankruptcy were given a chance to file anyway at our expense. We then worked with those who filed to organize their budget and expenses, helping them find a way to move forward and pay off their debts when appropriate.

Prior to law school, Jonathan graduated from the University of Utah, cum laude, with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
