Biography
Newton C. Brill is well-recognized for his skill in probate, trust, estate planning and business law matters. He has served on the Probate Law Committee of the Missouri Bar, which helped draft probate legislation adopted by the Missouri General Assembly.

Brill was elected to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar and served on the Board for six years. He has attained an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell listing, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry, for his professionalism and ethics, for more than 30 years.

In 2006, Brill was awarded the Purcell Professionalism Award by the Missouri Bar Foundation, in recognition of outstanding professional service. He also served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. from 1958 to 1961.

Kenneth A. Wagoner is a civil trial lawyer who has successfully represented hundreds of injured and disabled persons in cases arising from car and truck wrecks, workplace injuries, dangerous premises and products, aviation and airplane crashes, explosions and other disasters, and Social Security disability and veterans' claims. He has represented multiple clients in cases where a million dollars or more has been recovered, but he also represents clients with more typical claims.

Wagoner is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He received the State Trial Lawyer Award (Lon Hocker Award) presented by the Missouri Bar Foundation in recognition of outstanding professional skill as a trial lawyer.
