To keep lead notifications from being identified as spam, add the email address [email protected] to your address book.
There are no restrictions to the number of email addresses who can receive leads on your account.
To add another person to your account to receive leads, go to the "Account Access" menu. Provide the additional contact's email address, name, and select "Access Leads: Receive Leads Only."
Our leads are generated through a variety of topic-specific websites to help ensure that inquiries are relevant to your campaign. We do not offer a way to further filter leads.
The leads you receive via email are also tracked on your dashboard. Leads that are not accessed via your dashboard will appear as unread.
Leads provided by Nolo are not exclusive, although you may be the only attorney receiving leads for your area (if you are the only attorney listed in your area, or if a potential consumer opts to only send the lead to your firm). No more than four firms may typically receive one lead.
