You can find your current balance at the top right of your dashboard for Pay-Per-Lead accounts
Auto-renewal is the automatic renewal of your advertising campaigns as set forth in your agreement, either for recurring payment or On Demand (Pay-Per-Lead).
When your Pay-Per-Lead deposit balance reaches $0, or a negative balance, your account replenishes.
On your dashboard, select Payments and History.
Please contact either your Account Manager directly, or call our Billing department at (925) 621-4309.
Charges for your advertising campaign will appear as "ExpertHub/MoxyMedia" or "Nolo/Experthub" on your credit card statement.
To see which types of leads can be disputed or to dispute a lead, please visit our lead credit request form.
Disputed leads must be reported within 10 days of the close of the previous month (example: leads generated in March must be submitted by April 10).
To cancel your Nolo Account, please email https://https://adservices@nolo.com with your firm name and request.
You may terminate the automatic renewal of services and charges at any time, provided that you deliver written notice to us by confirmed email, fax, or letter at least two business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle date (if paying on a flat rate basis), or before your account balance reaches $0 (if Pay-Per-Lead).
