Richard Boswell is a professor of law at the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he is also director of the Center for International justice and human rights. Prior to joining the UC faculty, Boswell taught law at George Washington University and Notre Dame. Boswell has been involved in immigration law for more than 20 years.
