Bankruptcy Code Dollar Amounts Change April 1, 2013

On April 1, 2013 new dollar amounts for the bankruptcy code went into effect. These amounts affect everything from federal bankruptcy exemption amounts to means test eligibility to debt limits to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
