PayPal allows you to create invoices that enable your customers (even those who know nothing about PayPal) to use the system. You can create invoices in several ways:
Email. Create an email invoice by filling out PayPal's online invoice form.
Request Money. Use PayPal's Request Money page to send a customer an invoice directly from PayPal.
Quickbooks. Use the Payment Request Wizard for Quickbooks which enables you to create an invoice from within your QuickBooks program.
Outlook. Use the Payment Request Wizard for Outlook which enables you to create an invoice from within your Microsoft Outlook email program.
