Our lead credit submission process has recently changed.
You now have the ability to request lead credits directly from your dashboard.
- Simply login into your account at www.nolo.com/user. If you don't remember your password, click on the link 'Forgot Your Password?'.
- Once logged in, locate the section titled 'Recent Leads' and click on the 'Search' link/icon.
- Enter/paste in the Lead ID or lead submitter's name into the 'Keyword' field.
- Click the 'Request Credit' link for that lead and follow the prompt to select your reason for credit.
- Click 'Save', the Lead will now be in 'Pending' status awaiting review.
You will receive an email notification once your lead credit request has been reviewed. Please allow up to 15 business days for review.
