ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FAQ

Q. Where do I log into my Nolo Account?

A. To access your Nolo account, log in here.

Q. Do I have to change the password that was sent to me from Nolo/ExpertHub?

A. We suggest you update your password.

Q. I want to be the main point of contact for my firm. How do I change my account's email address?

A. To change the main contact on your account, log in and click the Settings tab, and Edit Contact Information. (If you have a Nolo profile, you will need to let us know what to update for you here.)

Q. How many contacts can I have on my account to receive leads?

A. There are no restrictions to the number of email addresses who can receive leads on your account.

Q. How do I add additional email addresses to receive leads?

A. You may add another person to your account to receive leads, email correspondence, or both. Email your request to adservices@nolo.com, including your firm name, and the name(s) and email(s) of the person(s) you want added.

Q. How do I ensure my leads don't end up in my spam folder?

A. Add the email address notify@noreply-experthub.com to your address book.

Q. How do I change practice areas or geographies for my advertising campaign?

A. To delete areas from your current campaign, Email your request to adservices@nolo.com with your firm's name and what you wish to have removed. If you wish to add areas to your account, please contact your Account Manager.


BILLING / DASHBOARD FAQ

Q. Why are there so many unread leads on my account?

A. The leads you receive via email are also tracked on your dashboard. Leads that are not accessed via your dashboard will appear as unread.

Q. Where on my dashboard can I track my return on investment?

A. Several features on the account tab of your Nolo dashboard can help you track your ROI:

  • Leads Summary - displays your firm’s exposure throughout the Nolo network of websites.
  • Directory Searches - reflects the number of times your firm is found in our Lawyer Directory.
  • Consultation Searches - reflects the number of times your firm appears in a lead path.
  • Leads - reflects the number of leads your firm has received per month.
  • Exposure - displays your firm's profile and article views.
  • Profile Views - reflects the number of times a site visitor clicks the profile link.
  • Article Views - reflects the number of times a site visitor views your firm’s posted articles.
  • Recent Leads - lists each lead your firm has received.
  • Pay Per Leads Summary (applicable to pay-per-lead accounts) - displays how many leads your firm has received per month, and how much was deducted from your dashboard balance.

Q. How much is left on my account balance?

A. You can find your current balance at the top right of your dashboard for pay-per-lead accounts.

Q. How can I access my payment history?

A. Log into your account, and on your dashboard, select Payments and History.

Q. At what balance does my account replenish automatically?

A. When your pay-per-lead deposit balance reaches $0, or a negative balance, your account replenishes.

Q. How do I change the credit card being charged for my account?

A. Please contact either your Account Manager directly, or call our Billing department at (925) 621-4309.

Q. I would like to cancel my advertising campaign.

A. To cancel your Nolo Account, please email customerservice@experthub.com with your firm name and request.


PROFILE FAQ

Q. Is there a limit to the number of profiles a firm can have?

A. Yes. One profile per firm, though member attorneys can be mentioned in the firm's profile.

Q. Can I have more than one address on the main page of my Nolo profile?

A. While only one address can appear on the main page of your Nolo profile, you can include additional offices within the body of your profile.

Q. How do I update my profile information or picture?

A. To update your Nolo profile information, email your request to adservices@nolo.com.

Q. Will my contact information reflect in my Nolo profile if I update it on my account?

A. No. To update your Nolo profile information, email your request to adservices@nolo.com.

Q. Will I receive a badge with my Nolo profile?

A. If you have a Nolo profile, you will receive HTML code to add a Nolo Badge to your personal websites, letting consumers know that you have been verified by Nolo. You will receive your Nolo Badge HTML code once your complete profile is live.
