The San Jose location of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California is closed until April 7, 2020 due to a visitor’s COVID-19 treatment.

While the public and staff cannot enter the building until April 7, 2020, judges continue to hold calendar hearings telephonically. As of March 25, 2020, filing intake counters remain open and operational in Oakland, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa. In-person filings should be directed to those locations.
