Joanne Zhou also worked intensively with Honorable Judge David Shaheed in a civil court and Senior Administrative Law Judge Carol S. Comer in Indiana Board of Tax Review in Indianapolis, Indiana. She facilitated the process of court decisions for the Judges and also managed court procedures during that period.
