During our initial consultation, we will discuss the issues you are facing and determine what type of divorce is right for you.
Most people do not realize that there are a number of different legal proceedings that exist to facilitate the divorce process. Not all divorces require a lengthy and expensive court battle. The circumstances surrounding your particular situation will dictate what type of legal proceeding is right for you and how much it would cost to get divorced.

Bryan Yarnell

Mr. Yarnell began his career and was trained at a large law firm. Thus, the firm offers "big firm" experience but "small firm" efficiency and economics. In fact, Mr. Yarnell assigns the same resources and skills to complex cases as would be found at the largest law firms bringing in attorneys to assist on cases as needed. Lawyers who work with our firm are admitted in many state and Federal Courts. We maintain strategic alliances with outstanding firms in many states as well.

Mr. Yarnell is a versatile trial lawyer with 21 years of experience who handles family law cases and is experienced in helping clients resolve their disputes through mediation or take cases that don't resolve to trial. Mr. Yarnell has handled civil appeals in state and federal courts including arguing before the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Yarnell is a tough, no nonsense litigator, who before choosing to become an attorney, served his country as physics instructor in the United States Navy at the Naval Nuclear Power School for six years. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
