What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Clients are most satisfied if they understand the process they have paid for and have received an informed result, even when that result is adverse. Some clients want to know more about the reason behind the issue they face while others just want to know the issue. Our goal is to provide you professional expectations that satisfy your needs.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

It depends on the client, the document, and the goal. Please contact our office for such inquiries.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. As a peacemaker the lawyer has superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough.

Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?
