Firm Overview

The law firm of William C. Bowlby , A professional Corporation, was founded in 1986 when Mr. Bowlby, a partner with the well known law firm of Fagin, Hewett, Mathews and Fagin, left that firm after 15 years of practice to fulfill a vision of establishing a firm of his own. At that time, Mr. Bowlby, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1971, had established a reputation in several areas of the law, including Bankruptcy and Family Law. Mr. Bowlby had been seasoned in Civil litigation by experience in the trial of a number of bench and jury trials. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bowlby had been recognized for his service to the bar and to the community. After this firm was well established, Mr. Bowlby was honored some twenty five years ago with an "A" rating, by Martindale-Hubble, the most recognized entity rating attorneys . Although William C. Bowlby, A Professional Corporation, itself has now been been well established for many years, its founder remains steadfast in serving his clients. " This firm thrives on serving the needs of individual clients," says Mr. Bowlby. "We have a long history of commitment to their goals. And while we strive to resolve conflicts fairly and justly, our Firm is guided by the long quoted admonition of one of our country's most favorite presidents: Teddy Roosevelt, [Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far.] Our Firm represents people, almost always ordinary people. Nothing makes us happier than to make our clients happy. Let us be YOUR big stick"
