The Wilkins Law Firm practices in consumer bankruptcy and general litigation. We assist consumers going through difficult financial times and help them get a fresh start. We also practice civil litigation and employment to provide full service.
The Wilkins Law Firm was founded in 2012 by Amy Wilkins. Amy had been practicing business litigation at large law firms for 11 years, and was ready to take that experience and commitment to excellence to consumers and small businesses who needed excellent legal services at reasonable rates. The Wilkins Law Firm is pleased to offer consumer bankruptcy services to clients. In our bankruptcy practice, we focus solely on people needing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 assistance, because we find that helping people through challenging financial times and getting them some relief is most rewarding. We care about our clients, and we care about the results.
Our strength is our quality work product and experienced lawyers. This is not a firm where you will talk to a paralegal, submit some forms, and never talk to a lawyer until he calls out your name at the courthouse. You will talk to a bankruptcy lawyer with 20 years' experience at a high level. Our lawyers deliver personal service to you, and you will always have the opportunity to ask your lawyer questions and be sure that you understand the process.
Our style is to deliver excellence. We care about the outcome. We care about communication. We care that the work we are doing is as good as any firm in town, if not better. Most important, we care about you, the client, and that the client understands the process and is satisfied with the outcome.
Born in Tucson and raised in Phoenix, Tracy is deeply rooted in Arizona. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University, she worked at a Phoenix law firm as a paralegal for two years before returning to Tucson to attend law school. She graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1991.
Tracy began her career as an attorney in "BigLaw," representing bankruptcy trustees and creditors. She subsequently found her true passion in helping consumer debtors file bankruptcy and get a fresh start. Tracy's work in several different consumer debtor law firm environments has enabled her to develop what she considers to be the best experience for her clients. Tracy also practices civil litigation and estate planning.
Tracy's relationship with clients is very important to her. She understands that not only do people want an attorney with experience and credentials, but also someone who is compassionate and makes them a priority.
Tracy has two grown sons and looks forward to coming home to a tail-wagging Labrador retriever at the end of a long day.

She believes that the client is best served by an advocate who is undaunted by a challenging case, yet who is willing to counsel and consult with the client about the best manner in which to meet these challenges.
